A custom-made 7-ply corrugated cardboard box is used for maximum strength. This robust construction provides superior crush resistance and withstands the rigors of shipping and handling, ensuring the outer packaging remains intact during transit.
*Carton board/foam column at each corner of carton to make packing stronger
Each interior corner of the box is fortified with stiff cardboard or foam columns. These act as structural pillars to absorb impacts from all directions, preventing corner crushing and protecting the model’s most vulnerable protrusions (like bumpers and mirrors) from damage.
*Whole car in OPP bag to protect scratches
Each car is fully sealed inside a smooth, transparent OPP bag before packing. This creates a protective barrier that prevents scratches and abrasions caused by friction between the model’s paint and any internal packaging materials during transport.
